Earlier in an email, Capcom of Europe has officially stated that they will NOT be releasing Megaman Star Force 3.

Though, don't give up in despair yet! Capcom will change their minds if they see enough demand. Make yourself known as Capcom of Europe's Forums.

Rejoice Rockman EXE fans and Star Force fans! Capcom has today announced a new Rockman game to the franchise: Rockman EXE: Operation Shooting Star for the Nintendo DS! No new info was revealed other then the title and that it will be a crossover between Rockman EXE (Mega Man Battle Network) and Shooting Star Rockman (Mega Man Star Force). New information is supposed to come in the September issue of CoroCoro magazine which is due in August.



Not only that but Takeshi Horninouchi took the stage to comment he has tons of other ideas leading to Rockman's 25th Anniversary. Possibly a cross platform game between all of the Mega Man series at once? Or maybe a new series in its entirety? We'll just have to wait and see!

Those of you (including me) know that in Japan, they held an event for you to download 2 Event Cards: Acid Illegal Mega Card and Meteor of Crimson Giga Card. It seems these two cards will be offered as DLC now renamed Acid Arrest and Crimson Meteor via DS Download Station. There is no word when the content will be distributed or if it will be accessible for those with a Wii but we will report it if we find anything.
